Delivery coverage
We ship worldwide. Your region and currency are detected automatically and can be changed from the footer; rates and timelines above are per region. Estimates apply to major cities — remote postcodes may take a few days longer. You will receive an order confirmation email when your order is placed, and updates as it progresses.
Customs, duties and import taxes
For deliveries outside India, any customs duty, import tax or handling fee levied by the destination country is payable by the recipient and is not included in the price shown at checkout. These charges are set by your local authority — we cannot calculate, collect or refund them, and a parcel refused because of them is treated as a customer-initiated cancellation.
Fragile by nature
Ceramics are fired, glazed and finished by hand, so no two pieces are identical. Small variations in glaze tone, crazing, weight and dimensions are characteristics of the process, not defects. Every order is wrapped piece by piece and double-boxed before it leaves us.
On delivery
Please inspect your order at the time of delivery — ideally before the courier leaves. Report transit damage, defects, or discrepancies within 48 hours of delivery, with photographs of the packaging and the piece, so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
Delays
If an order is delayed beyond the estimates above, we will proactively notify you with a revised timeline. You may cancel an undispatched order at any time for a full refund.
